Building a luxury brand from scratch. I partnered with the CEO of this $12M homebuilder to completely reposition the company from a general contractor into a luxury market leader - building the marketing function, hiring and managing an 11-person team, and driving the highest revenue opportunity month in company history.

Rapid growth through operational excellence. At this $11M tactical gear manufacturer, I partnered directly with the CEO to restructure the entire revenue function. The result: tripled lead generation, secured major government contracts, and established new company records for product launch performance.
