I partnered with the CEO of this $12M homebuilder to completely reposition the company from a general contractor into a luxury market leader - building the marketing function, hiring and managing an 11-person team, and driving the highest revenue opportunity month in company history.
Rapid growth through operational excellence. At this $11M tactical gear manufacturer, I partnered directly with the CEO to restructure the entire revenue function. The result: tripled lead generation, secured major government contracts, and established new company records for product launch performance.
Promoted twice in nine months. I led digital advertising strategy for a $120M manufacturing company, managing $12M in annual ad spend that generated $115M in revenue. This role was about scale - 13,000 leads per month, 9.5 ROAS, and integrating AI across a 40-person marketing team.
Building in Web3. I co-founded and led marketing for a blockchain-based fundraising platform, raising $300K in seed capital and building a global community of 100K+ members. We launched on a top-5 centralized exchange at a $300M token valuation.
